• Some questions cannot be skipped, they require an answer.
• Leave the browser window open on your computer until you have finished the survey. If you close it without finishing, you will have to start again from the beginning.

Individual school responses will remain confidential. Only overall results will be published.

If possible, keep the printed copy on file so you can compare your school's results from year to year. We will send a summary of the survey results to all participating schools. Please provide your email address as contact information on the next page and we will send you a link to the Annual Report when it is published in the spring 2010.
